Communications – internship

We are looking for a fresh creative person to help establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners and press. In this role, you will be part of the communications team, managing press, communicating with stakeholders and generating new collaborations according to Carcel’s overall marketing strategy. You You should be a digital native and love all things digital and be full of initiative.

 

You want to

  • Manage communications between Carcel and our partners

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers

  • investors, partners, bloggers and journalists

  • generate collaborations and initiatives in Carcel’s favor

  • Manage marketing general brand awareness, activities and events


 

You are

  • In love with the internet, pop culture and digital change

  • Obsessed with style and quality

  • A believer in slow fashion, social impact and transparency

  • Self-managed and able to think independently

  • Exceptional at communication and writing - in English

  • A critical thinker with good research skills

  • Good at mingling, creating and maintaining relations

  • Familiar with all online communication channels and new technologies

Graphic Designer – internship

Carcel is looking for a visually talented person to help us create content for our off and online medias. In this role, you will be part of the brand communications team, working with content developers and copywriters to bring content to life, and handle day-to-day design for labels, letters, presentations, invites etc. We are looking for a digital native with an eye for details and a hands on mentality.

 

You want to

  • Design visual content for a fast-moving slow fashion label

  • Work with a wide range of designs for labels, letters, presentations, invites etc.

  • Take and edit aspirational photos of new products, the team and the design process

  • Do layout and write copy for social media

  • Work self-managed and think independently with support of the team directors

 

You are

  • In love with the internet, pop culture and digital change

  • Obsessed with style and quality design

  • A believer in slow fashion, social impact and transparency

  • Strong in graphic design and typography skills

  • Curious about the world and passionate about brands

  • A super user of Instagram, Facebook and Twitter

  • Skilled in at least 2 of the Adobe CC pack (i.g. illustrator+aftereffects)

  • Intermediate in a 2 more of the Adobe CC pack (i.g. photoshop + indesign)

  • Ready to work for a good course on a passionate team

Creative Content – internship

We are looking for the right creative person to help grow and engage our audience on our networks online. In this role, you will be part of the social media team, develop fresh content, and handle day-to-day management of our channels. You should be a digital native and love all things digital and have relentless curiosity. If you're already telling stories of your own that's a great start.

 

You want to

  • Create ideas and generate content (photo, video, gifs)

  • Take and edit aspirational photos of new products, the team and the design process

  • Write social media copy that is tailored to each platform

  • Gather supplemental material from off and online publications, inspiration and best practice

  • Manage a daily and weekly media calendar that is approved by key members of the team

  • Track and report key performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basi

 

You are

  • In love with the internet, pop culture and digital change

  • Obsessed with style and quality

  • A believer in slow fashion, social impact and transparency

  • An expert user of Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and their insight features

  • Always-on social media channels and email

  • Analytical with a passion love for engaging consumers

  • Intermediate Photoshop skills preferred

  • Self-managed and able to think independently

  • Ready to work for a good cause with a passionate team

  • Used to running your own SoMe channels with many types of content

  • An exceptional writer - in English
